The rest of the site is very much of a moving target at the moment, as we are transitioning to a new full-featured container.  It provides more functionality for the user, and more things for us to screw up.  Read about that here.

Form & Technical Questions

• If you don't already know that to view PDF Documents you need to download Adobe Reader, you should back away from the keyboard slowly so you don't hurt yourself.
• We may have the occasional other document in one of the MS Office product formats like Word (.doc) or PowerPoint (.ppt, .pps).  You can get a free viewer from Microsoft if you don't have that software, or have an old version and things aren't working right.
• We are trying our best to support the mainstream web world -- reasonably current IE, Firefox, or Nescape at mortal screen resolutions.  Beyond that, folks, we're content people and not web developers.  Contact us to let us know if you are having problems and we'll try to get on them.
• If you are a highly proficient web designer or graphic artist with a penchant for Small Wars and a burning desire to donate your time and skills, we'd love to hear from you.
