Paul C. Jussel is a Professor of Military Studies, Dept. of Military Strategy, Planning, and Operations, US Army War College. Dr. Jussel is a retired Army Colonel and focuses on theater strategy and campaigning. His passion has always been relating history to current audiences for them to understand the value of past experiences in a modern world.
