Dr. Douglas A. Borer is Associate Professor in the Defense Analysis Department at the U.S. Naval Postgraduate School in Monterey, California where he directs CTAP, the Combating Terrorism Archive Project, and teaches in the SOLIC and IO curricula. His research focuses on the politics of legitimacy in war and military strategy.
